If you receive a product that is defer or damage . Contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right 

When product is defective clear photos and videos showing the defect must be provided for verification 

Once approved , we will arrange an exchange for the same item 

We do not offer refund for defer product, only exchange are allowed
